When I am watching GOT, my mind connects with the agile methodology and GOT Characters. Here I try to map the agile keyword into GOT characters.
The GOT all battles for iron throne, so decided to given the project name as Kings Landing -Iron throne.

The House of Baratheon is ruling the King’s landing and all so one of the powerful roles of the GOT is Robert Baratheon, so decided to be Product Owner as Robert Baratheon. .
The Next role Scrum Master. Everyone easily guesses who will be a Scrum Master. Yes none other than Ned stark. He is another powerful role of GOT.
The next role is Scrum Team. It should be heroes of GOT.
